Via Ferrata Dve veže II.

On August 13, 2024, a group of young people took advantage of the beautiful warm summer to learn something new and try something really adventurous. All this and much more was organized for them by our organization Klub 86, in the heart of Slovakia on via ferrata Dve veže.

The via ferrata adventure took place in the beautiful natural environment of Veľká Fatra. First we practiced some belaying techniques and knots, for different situations on the via ferrata, but then we also had an amazing and fascinating via ferrata with different difficulties. The guides of our organization Klub 86, Gábor emphasized the need for proper use of harnesses, helmets and other safety equipment so that everyone is well prepared for the ascent. During the activity, the guides shared important tips with the participants on what to do in case of an accident or emergency. They covered basic Via Ferrata safety rules, communication signals and basic first aid techniques, giving adventurers important knowledge that can help save lives in difficult situations.
Feedback was positive, participants expressed satisfaction and a sense of success. The day was not only a fun and educational experience, but also helped strengthen bonds within the group.
