Project Description

DEIVIDAS KURSVIETIS
“My life turned 180 degrees.“
My name is Deividas, Im from Lithuania and my journey in ERASMUS + started when I was 18. My first project was in Czech Republic, “Imperative for Humanity” and the topic was Human Rights.
Since then my life has turned 180 degrees.
At first, I was thinking that all of us will be really different and it is going to be hard to communicate but after we came to accommodation I instantly noticed that I was thinking wrong. Even we were from the different countries everybody still was very friendly and out-going.
The main fear before going to the project was that I can make some mistakes while talking in English and talking to a big audience but after one day of the project I felt as a fish in the ocean and lost this fear!
During the whole project I made a lot of new friends, got to know more about other countries’ culture and had an unforgettable time.

At the end of the project I was already asking facilitators about all the opportunities how I could get more involved in ERASMUS +.
Till now I have been in 4 Erasmus projects and Im not thinking to stop! Erasmus for me it is not just traveling to the projects and spending time, it is already a part of my life. I could not imagine myself without all these projects and all the people I met there.
