Summary
Spark your creativity and unlock new ways to inspire youth through innovative non-formal education!
Creativity is not a fixed trait – it’s a skill we can all tap into, explore, and strengthen. In this training course, we invite youth workers to reconnect with their creative side, whether it feels near or far. Through a mix of playful activities, reflective processes, and hands-on learning, participants will discover how creativity can become a natural and powerful part of their educational practice.
The course offers a supportive space to experiment, take risks, and rediscover the joy of inventing new ideas – without pressure or judgment. It aims to equip participants with creative tools and mindsets they can adapt to their local realities, helping them design more engaging and impactful non-formal education experiences. Along the way, there will be opportunities to co-create, exchange practices with peers, and deepen their understanding of how creativity can be nurtured daily – both as a personal habit and a professional strength.
We are all born with creativity. As children, we play, explore, and imagine freely – but as we grow, those instincts often fade. This training course is an invitation to reignite that spark and keep the creative flame burning in our lives and in our work.
