Summary

Includify is all about introducing young people to the importance of inclusion and diversity, with a focus on how our individual choices, perspectives, and interactions shape a more open and understanding society. Beyond the learning goals, having fun, expressing yourself, and meeting people from different backgrounds are also key takeaways for participants.

Through creative icebreakers, we will develop and make shared goals, and a positive, collaborative atmosphere.

Participants with the help of non-formal educational methods will dive into the topic, exploring different faucets of it. Through acting, groupwork and overall a hands-on approach, they will process questions such as: “How can I include someone without them feeling like a burden?”. They will develop their communicational skills and emotional intelligence through collaborative experiences. These days are all about growing as people and developing skills that are useful in everyday life.

  • Day 10: Celebration and looking ahead

During the last day, participants will come together to reflect on their journey and celebrate their achievements. They will receive their YouthPass certificates as recognition of their learning and growth throughout the program. This closing moment will be filled with appreciation, farewells, and excitement for the future: setting the stage for participants to continue applying their new skills and for them to spread the knowledge they have acquired here to others in their social circles.
