Summary
In a world where diversity should be celebrated and inclusivity embraced, the “Equal Voices, Equal Choices” youth exchange offers a unique opportunity to foster awareness and understanding of social inclusion in a fun and memorable way. Through shared experiences and collaborative activities, participants will explore what it truly means to be part of an inclusive community—one where every voice matters, and every perspective is valued.
This program is designed to inspire young people to recognize the strength in diversity and cultivate a mindset of acceptance, respect, and collaboration. Together, we will create a supportive space where everyone’s opinions and knowledge contribute to building a deeper understanding of inclusivity. Through engaging workshops and interactive projects, participants will learn to embrace their uniqueness while connecting with peers from different cultures, strengthening friendships that transcend borders.
Beyond the personal growth this exchange offers, participants will also gain tools to bring the values of inclusion and diversity into their communities. Join us in this transformative journey and become a part of a movement where equal voices lead to equal choices—a step toward a more inclusive world.

Activity Schedule
Travel
-
- All flight, train, and bus tickets for this activity will be purchased and organized by our organization.
- For flights, the fare includes only the most basic option, which permits one small backpack to be carried under the seat. Please note that there are no guarantees that participants from Portugal will travel from the nearest airport. Those traveling from Portugal may depart together from Humberto Delgado Airport in Lisbon.
- The official travel dates for this activity are March 3rd and March 13th. However, participants from certain, further locations, may need to begin their journey a day earlier or return a day later due to travel logistics. If you foresee any scheduling conflicts on March 2nd or March 14th, please let us know in your application.
- Each country will have up to two main designated sending cities, where participants will gather to begin their journey. Participants can arrange their own travel to the meeting points in these cities. If anyone faces difficulties to reach the meeting points on their own means, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we will work together to find a solution. Example A: For Hungary, the sending city is Budapest, meaning participants from Debrecen must arrange and cover their own travel to Budapest. Example B: For Czechia, the sending city is Brno, so the Czech group will begin their travels from there. Participants from other cities, like Ostrava, must independently travel to Brno or Prague at their own expense.
-
Please note that tickets for local transportation within a city (e.g., metro or shuttle bus tickets to the airport or train station) will need to be arranged by participants.
-
Once all participants are selected and confirm their participation, the project coordinators will work with the national group leaders to develop a final travel itinerary for each group. These itineraries will be communicated via Discord, and the travel tickets will be shared via Email and Discord. All tickets will be purchased by our organization.
- All participants will gather in Budapest, from where a private bus will take them to the accommodation in Ceglédfürdő.
