Summary
This training dedicated to youth workers active in the field of non-formal education and training will take diversity and inclusion as core principles in Erasmus+ projects and build upon the knowledge, the understanding, the application contexts and even the enthusiasm for working with these themes. In today’s world, the capacity to manage projects where we have a mix of identities and cultures represents a requirement and a need as we cannot talk about future of work without this dimension. So, how can youth workers prepare for that? We will explore in this course! In today’s society any travel, exchange or international activity should be mindful of creating inclusive contexts, how can youth workers do that and avoid conflicts that are often happening in diverse settings? This course will provide a few pointers. And not last, what is the role of technology in the inclusion story? Join the training and we will make sure we will have a meaningful conversation on that topic as well!
